woke up this morning with a case of the mondays........

then i got a phone call, my friendly neighbourhood tonewood dealer called me to say he had just finished grading a whole pile of alpine spruce he picked up in germany during the previous week, and seeing as he is only 3 miles away, guess who got to have first pick through about 400 sets of alpine goodness,

there was lots of nice stuff, very light and stiff, and i picked up this one bearclaw/haselfichte top that is absolutely insane,

also got some pink ivory wood resawn into 3 sets, that gonna be interesting, i always wanted to do a pink guitar....
